Commercial Projects

Our brief for this major redevelopment of a Head Office Site, required us to showcase the company’s hard landscaping products, whilst providing an attractive environment, rich in wildlife, to be enjoyed by the staff and local community. A sinuous, undulating, dry stone wall, provides an attractive solution to the terracing required on site.

Residential Care Home

The design for this residential home, needed to provide easy access for residents both able-bodied and in wheelchairs. Sturdy seating is positioned around a central water feature. Segments of colourful planting, break up the expanse of paving.

The paving selected is both practical and attractive, adding a touch of warmth to the area. The copper water feature is safe for residents and attracts birds into the garden. The planting includes tactile grasses, aromatic herbs and colourful perennials which provide a sensory element to the garden.

The garden before was impractical, uninviting and unsafe for residents and relatives to use. Two outside seating areas, one paved [shown] and one utilising artificial turf, provide an attractive recreational area for residents.

We were asked to design a walled garden belonging to an attractive Victorian coach house and holiday apartments. It needed to be in keeping with the period and style of the house, whilst providing an attractive solution to vehicle access and parking. A grand central fountain, surrounded by a romantic mix of grasses, roses and flowering perennials creates a positive first impression for guests. The lawn was replaced by a sweeping gravel drive allowing ample parking.
